Team training is offered to both recreational and competitive sport groups and organizations. Strength and conditioning programming for teams will focus on general performance capacitites (strength, power, speed, change of direction, energy systems) but also be tailored to the team’s unique performance gaps and demands of their sport. These aspects will be determined through our previous programming experience and consultation with the sports coaches.
These sessions will have a maximum of 20 athletes per session and a systemized block training session approach with be utilized.
